Leramil the Wise will have summoned you to investigate various locations around Tamriel visited by Torvesard who is trying to find the third Glyphic so he may free his Prince. Leramil's portal to Stonefalls will bring you to Mephala's Nest where the Sanctuary of Whispers is hidden. Once you reach the sanctum, you can use the Echonir to view visions from the past.

Your vision will become green-tinted, and you will see a trio of Dark Elves standing around a ritual circle:

Ilen Senis: "The Tribunal's Ordinators hold our brethren. We need the Skein of Secrets to free them."

Madura Fals: "But the Skein is lost! We must beseech the Lady of Whispers for help."

Trelam Danoran: "Then let us adjourn to her secret sanctuary. The circle we stand upon is the door. We need but a single drop of blood to open it."
